Easy Optical ship from the United Kingdom. In most cases, for international deliveries, import duties and taxes are not applied when your parcel arrives. However, please be aware that customers could be charged for some deliveries. Unfortunately, since customs policies vary from country to country, Easy Optical have no control over these charges and they remain the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
If you have any questions to import duties and customs charges in your country, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Cancellations or Order Changes
You can cancel or change your order prior to lens fitting and normally within 1 working day of your order being placed.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped (when your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email) it is no longer possible to change your order.
