Delivery times
How long each stage takes, from order to letterbox, by destination.
On average, the following guidelines apply. Shipping time depends on the type of lens. We are always working to shorten these times where we can do so without compromising quality.

Times are from order to dispatch. Add your local postal service's delivery time on top.
While your order is with us
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation and, in the unlikely event that your order is delayed, our customer service team will keep you updated with a revised delivery schedule.
Your order dispatch e-mail will contain a tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your order up to its arrival.
