Every frame tells you its size
Three small numbers are printed inside the temple arm of almost every pair of glasses. Read them off, type them in, and we will show you every frame we stock in your size.

Find your frame size
Frame measurements can normally be found on the inside of your temple. Once you find them, enter them in the fields below.
Sizes are in mm. The square just separates the first two numbers.
A match within 2 mm of your lens and bridge numbers will fit the same. Temple arms flex, so that number matters least.
Start from your face width
Measure with a card
A bank card is 86 mm wide. Hold one up to your face in the mirror, centred on your nose. If it reaches your eye's outer corner on each side, an average size fits you. Clearly inside the corners means narrow. Clearly short of them means wide.
The numbers have worn off
Measure the old lens at its widest point with a ruler, and the gap between the lenses at the nose. Millimetres, straight across, not around the curve.
Lens width
The width of one lens at its widest point. The number that matters most for fit.
Bridge
The gap over your nose. Two frames with the same lens width can fit differently if their bridges differ.
Temple length
Hinge to ear tip. Nearly always 135 to 150 and gently flexible, so an exact match is not needed.
