We send all orders by Royal Mail, and all orders are fully trackable online at the Royal Mail web site and also at our web site.
We offer free shipping on all our orders.
We make every effort to ensure that our eyeglasses are delivered as quickly as possible once we are satisfied that the quality is 100%.

Tracking your Order
Cancellations or Order Changes
You can cancel or change your order prior to lens fitting – normally within 1 working day of your order being placed.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped (when your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email) it is no longer possible to cancel or change your order.
We're confident that our quality assurance procedures and attention to detail will mean that you'll be very happy with your new pair of glasses and, if appropriate, that the prescriptions details entered on your order will be accurate.
Nevertheless, if for some reason you're not entirely happy you are entitled to a no questions asked refund when you return your glasses within 30 days of delivery – subject to our Returns Policy (see below).
How to Return your Glasses
Contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to our support team contact you within 1 business day.
1. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original PERFECT condition, with all original materials sent by Easy Optical, in the original case and with lens cleaning cloth.
2. Please download our SHIPPING LABEL for addressing your return parcel.
3. Please use the same shipping box and pack your glasses securely. Be sure to include your name, contact information, order number and the reason for the return.
4. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (Easy Optical is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
5. Once your return is received, we will contact you by email to confirm the receipt of your returned glasses and proceed with the refund.
6. We will process your refund within 10 working days and the refund will be credited back to the account/card used for the original order. Once your refund has been processed, it may take another day or so for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
1. Products to be returned must be returned in their unworn, original condition, in the original case and with all original materials.
2. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original date of delivery.
3. Items on sale, clearance items, branded Designer glasses, non-prescription sunglasses and accessories are not included in the 30-day refund policy.
4. The shipping and handling costs for returns will not be refunded.
