We make every effort to ensure that our eyeglasses are delivered as quickly as possible once we are fully satisfied with the quality.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail and are trackable online at the Royal Mail website, as well as also being trackable on our website.  An optician or dispensing assistant will call or e-mail you to confirm your order details prior to filling your order, and to answer any questions you might have, prior to order confirmation, preparation and shipping.

On average, the following guidelines apply where the timeframe for orders being dispatched will be according to the type of prescription requested, and we are always working to shorten these times where we can do so without compromising quality.
