Tracking your order
Every order is tracked from our lab to your letterbox. Here is how to follow it.
You can follow the progress of your delivery using the tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail we sent you when your order was dispatched.
Track with Royal Mail
All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail and are trackable online at the Royal Mail website. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, tracking continues with your local postal service using the same number.
No scans yet?A parcel can take a day or two to record its first scan, and tracking often goes quiet while it crosses a border. If it has been longer than the estimate on our delivery times page, tell us and we'll chase it.
