We are confident that we offer superior value for money. It is important to us that we offer the best price. In cases where somebody has a better price, we want to know about it and we want to compete. So we offer price matching. This is your guarantee that when you buy from Easy Optical you're getting the best price.
How to claim
If you are considering buying from us and you find a lower price elsewhere on the same product or service, send us a link to the lower price and we'll send you a coupon code you can use to receive from us the lower price. If you find a lower price within 30 days of buying from us, we'll refund you the difference.
What counts as like-for-like
The only restriction on our price match guarantee is that this is a like-for-like offer: same frame, same lens package, same condition (new), same country, and so on. So it does not apply where the item from the other source:
- is on sale, clearance or closeout
- comes from an auction site
- is not new in box
- is not fully refundable
